The business is currently a level 2 B-BBEE outfit with 51% of shares being black owned.
The business offers quality products from Belting and Rollers/Idlers to the Manufacturing of New Grinding Roller Assemblies. The values of Crusader Systems is to provide a unique product offering together with customer service at competitive prices. An example of these services are our flame retardant rollers which are sourced in-house from the most trustworthy suppliers who are the only producers of this product in the country.
Another big part of our product and service offerings are Light and Heavy-duty Conveyor Belting that have been sourced internationally. Some of these belts include Plied, Steel Cord and Solid Woven in the following grades, Grade N and M, Heat resistant, Fire Retardant and Oil resistant belting.
One of the company’s strengths is that we offer 24-hour customer service 7 days a week. We strive to meet customer expectations which is evident in our business model. With extensive market research we understand customer requirements. Besides conveyor belting which we stock in our warehouse, we also offer expert precision machining.

At Crusader Systems we value the community and environment around us and aim on implementing our environmental and social responsibility plans. For this very reason we have teamed up with Ladies of Hope South Africa to help in the fight against gender-based violence to communities around the country. Ladies of Hope are not only in the fight against gender-based violence the NPO is also prominent in HOSPICE- In and Outpatient Care, Counselling and Feeding schemes. The goal of Ladies of Hope is to make a long-lasting impact on underprivileged and disadvantaged communities nationwide.
For this very reason they were the perfect NPO to show interest in. As from the end of the financial year (2021) Crusader systems aims to strengthen
and grow the relationship we have began to build with Ladies of Hope South Africa. The sky is the limit for the both Organizations and through co-operation change will be imminent.
This is only the start of community and environmental initiatives we aim at making a reality here at Crusader systems. We believe our strong brand personality and business model will be a strong driver in implementing our goals.
Hans Stolz
Director
Seasoned in the industry with a recent working history of 5 years as a belting production manager at BMG Johannesburg and a further 4,5 years as National Sales Manager for Rema Tip Top Branches. His past working experience includes: 7 years as Operations Manager, 5 years as Production Manager, 10 years as Factory Manager and 3 years in Project Management. In addition, 15 years were spent in the engineering and manufacturing fields. His expertise from working many years in the industry include Planning, Organizing and Machinery. Hans was also trained in industrial relations, has completed his T3 Qualification and is a qualified fitter and turner as of 1980. Hans’s constant will and drive help to constantly propel the business to new heights.
Dean De Jager
Director
An essential part of the team also providing some much-needed experience and structure to the business. His previous experience includes employment for Fenner SA in 1994 as a Belt splicer working then worked his way up into an internal sales and stock manager position for Fenner SA. In 1999 Fenner and BMG merged, to which led him to become the internal branch manager for the belting division, Johannesburg. 7 years later Dean became the national stock manager for BMG Belting Division up until 2016. That very same year, he joined Rema Tip Top as the manager for their new import division, Sarmcol which he and his team built up successfully until the of end 2020. In total Dean has 26 years in the belting industry. Dealing with international affairs and imports are his strong suites.

We are currently located at 177 Fleming Road Meadowdale, Germiston. In Our warehouse we have a fully equipped cutter for customized belt sizes and 24-hour service delivery due to onsite workers.
